Ingredients 100 g Glace de Gibier
1 l (# 34 fl oz) unsweetened whipping cream

Method Beat the whipping cream until as thick as cottage cheese. Heat the glace until lukewarm (not hotter!) and add to the whipped cream. Store in refrigerator for about one hour until firm. |
How to serve Serve in thin slices of wild boar ham on a game jelly with preserved onions. |
