Ingredients 100 g Fumet de Poisson
75 g Riessling
1 l (# 34 fl oz) water
50 g chopped brown onions
10 g olive oil

Method Sauté the onions in olive oil. Add the Riessling. Add water and the Fumet de Poisson and bring to a boil.
